Nestlé Health Science Recognized for LGBTQ+ Workplace Equality Efforts

Attaining a score of 100% on the 2022 Corporate Equality Index.

We’re always seeking new ways to continuously build a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion for our people. Our work to do that is guided by a strategy that addresses actions in four key areas:

We’re so proud to have received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality and inclusion. 

The CEI rates companies based on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:

  • Non-discrimination policies across business entities; 
  • Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; 
  • Supporting an inclusive culture; and
  • Corporate social responsibility

As a result of our efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria, we not only earned a 100 percent ranking but also the designation as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality for the third consecutive year. We know that the work to build an organization where everyone belongs is never done—and we’re committed to continuing our journey.
