Garden of Life® Improves B Corp™ Score After Completing Recertification Process

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., March 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Garden of Life®, a leader in dietary supplements made from non-GMO ingredients, has successfully recertified as a B Corporation™ (B Corp™), earning its highest B Impact Score yet of 106.2. The brand now ranks among the highest in the vitamin, mineral and supplement category and proudly sits alongside a leading group of purpose-led businesses that have also surpassed the honorable 100-point barrier.

This recognition comes a decade after Garden of Life first became certified as a B Corp. Every three years, B Corp companies must undergo a comprehensive recertification process to maintain the badge, providing an opportunity to demonstrate improvements to work across five impact areas: governance, environment, workers, customers and community. Garden of Life has remained committed to upholding the high B Corp standards for environmental and social responsibility, using its business as a force for good.

To qualify for B Corp certification, a business must score 80 or higher, and the average B Impact Assessment™ score is 50.9. The latest Garden of Life B Impact Score is nearly 15 points more than its previous, and over 25 points higher than when it was initially certified in 2015. This score increase was largely driven by the "Environment" pillar of the assessment. Brand initiatives like use of wind and solar power as a renewable energy source and efforts to reduce its carbon footprint across the ingredient supply chain contributed to this improvement. Garden of Life also continued to generate high scores in the "Customer" category due to its quality assurance and responsible sourcing programs.
