What is Connections?
This purpose comes to life through Connections, an ongoing program that fosters meaningful relationships with patients, consumers, caregivers and healthcare professionals. Envisioned more than 13 years ago, it invites individuals who rely on our products to share their experiences directly with us, so the most important voices are heard, needs are understood, and support is felt.
Our teams – from innovation, manufacturing, sales and everyone in between – benefit from hearing directly from the patient as it helps them clearly understand the “why” behind our mission.

How Stories Come to Life
The Connections initiative brings forward stories from families across the U.S. navigating tube feeding, including parents of children with complex conditions, adults managing medical conditions, and caregivers balancing their work and life. Part of the magic is reaching Nestlé Health Science employees throughout the company – especially those who don’t interact directly with our customers or patients. Our internal teams hear Connections stories either in person at company events, factories and offices, or shared virtually. Our employees across all levels and responsibilities hear directly how their work makes a difference in people’s lives.
Patients can share their stories with our Connections team through our online Share Your Story form, or directly with our Medical Nutrition team after being connected via their healthcare professional.
