1 bottle (3 oz.) MICROLIPID™ 50% Fat Emulsion
6 large eggs
1 Tbsp. margarine
¼ tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Instruction


In a bowl, mix together eggs, MICROLIPID™ 50% Fat Emulsion, salt, and pepper.
Over medium heat, melt margarine in large skillet; pour in egg mixture.
Without stirring, cook until bottom and edges begin to harden. Using a spatula, lift the cooked portion to allow uncooked mixture to flow onto skillet surface.
Cook another 2 to 3 minutes until eggs sufficiently cooked but still glossy in appearance
