Mct Waffles

2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup fluid skim milk
3 Tbsp. MCT Oil® (Medium Chain Triglycerides)
1 drop of yellow food coloring
2 egg whites

Instruction


Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add skim milk; beat only enough to blend. Add MCT Oil and food coloring.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Bake in waffle iron coated with a small amount of MCT Oil.
May be served with maple syrup, honey, jelly or powdered sugar.
(Lightly baked waffles can be wrapped and stored, and then heated in a toaster at breakfast time if desired.)
