Mct Tomato Sauce

2 cups canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. green pepper
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. MCT Oil® (Medium Chain Triglycerides)
2 Tbsp. flour

Instruction


Mix tomatoes, onion, pepper, bay leaf and salt; cook 15 minutes; strain.
Heat oil; add flour and blend. Add strained tomato sauce.
Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
Serve over hot chops, fish, macaroni, spaghetti, chicken or vegetables
